QUARTERLY FILTER CHANGE AND SAMPLING REPORT – 19/03/20 Following 3 months of filtration, KLEENOIL changed out the filter cartridges and took samples for independent laboratory analysis. Obviously sampling is taken at the end of the filtration interval and so represents the poorest level before fresh media is applied. • Our previous concerns of ‘wet’ oil are showing improvements simply through time of year – less condensation/temperature changes, so almost all the results are better in moisture levels.

Future recommendations

KLEENOIL offer suggestions moving forward from observations made on the visit :

• There could be more guarding on the machines to protect hoses and handles

• Filler caps need to be checked to be an effective seal in preventing dust entering the oil tanks

• CORRUGATOR 4 – OVEN – possibly look at installing an oil cooler

• KLEENOIL will focus on machines with poor oil sample results, to work and bringing the levels into specification through additional filter changes and machine checks. • KLEENOIL will continually monitor all the units through the standard quarterly inspections and keep CEPEC updated
