Kleenoil deployed mobile bypass filtration rigs:

MS4 Unit

MS6 Unit

o 4 filter vessels o 240V Roto MM pump o Flowrate: 550–750 L/hr

o 6 filter vessels o 240V Roto ML pump o Flowrate: 1200–1500 L/hr

Work Plan (4-Day Timeline) Day 1: Site induction → MS4 rig installed on 10 MW turbine → baseline samples collected. Day 2: MS4 moved to 5 MW turbine; MS6 installed on 10 MW → samples taken. Day 3: Rigs fitted with 1 micron filters → tanks agitated → dirty filter photos recorded (Appendix A & B) → samples taken → particle counter confirmed NAS 6 achieved on 10 MW. Day 4: Continued circulation → 400L oil transferred to 10 MW turbine → final samples from both tanks confirmed NAS 5–6 cleanliness.
