Portable Filtration MS Range

THE CHALLENGE

Oil was heavily contaminated — visibly milky. Lab tests showed 24,810 ppm of water (normal alarm ~500 ppm). Customer wanted to avoid:

o Shutting down production. o Tank cleansing. o Expensive oil disposal and refill.

KLEENOIL’S SOLUTION

Flow rate: ~1000 l/hr. Water retention: 750 ml per cartridge. Micromag MM10: trapped ferrous contaminants. Continuous use — system ran while baler remained operational. Cartridges swapped frequently: 3x/week initially , then weekly as water reduced. Kleenoil supplied an MS8 eight-vessel filtration system for a 14-week continuous cleanse . Features of Setup:

Water reduced: From 24,810 ppm → 133 ppm . Particle count: Improved beyond new oil standards. Visual results: oil restored from milky to clear and dry. Independent lab analysis confirmed stability
