THE CHALLENGE

The client faced constant maintenance downtime due to particulate contamination. Production lines were interrupted either to repair worn parts or to replace heavily contaminated oil. The goal was clear: maintain oil in “as new” condition without stopping operations .

KLEENOIL’S SOLUTION

Prefilter – captures large particulates before entering the main system. 20” Micromag magnetic core – removes ferrous contamination (iron and steel particles). Kleenoil bypass cartridges – remove fine particulate down to 3 microns and all water. Kleenoil supplied a mobile MS2 filtration rig fitted with additional tools for heavy contamination: The mobile unit could be easily transferred between machines by dropping suction and return hoses into oil reservoirs, making it a flexible solution across multiple production lines.
