Enhance moisture removal beyond standard filtration. Simplify servicing so equipment downtime was reduced.

KLEENOIL’S ADAPTED SOLUTION

Kleenoil worked with EPES to adapt a standard filtration rig, adding specialised molecular sieve tubes designed to boost moisture removal. Key Features of the System: MS2-based Kleenoil rig configured for transformer oil applications. Molecular sieve tubes incorporated into the loop to dramatically improve water removal capacity. Exchangeable cartridge-style design – the sieves are removed and brought back to base for replacement approximately every six months . This adaptation created a mobile, service-friendly unit capable of both fine filtration (down to 3 microns) and advanced drying.
