3.2 10MW Turbine

The results from the samples taken from the 10MW turbine are shown in the table below.

From the above, the following can be said: -

 The Kleenoil unit polished the oil from 22/20/15 down to 21/18/13 (final tank sample) over the 4 day period.  The reading of 21/18/13 is equivalent to a NAS 6.  While on site the particle counter was fitted to the rig. This gave a reading of NAS 6. This confirms that the particle counter was operating correctly.

Conclusions

 Kleenoil polished the oil to NAS 6, which meets the customers requirements of NAS 6.
