Example oil report - trend

OVERALL IMPROVEMENT SINCE PREVIOUS SAMPLE
There are clear and significant improvements across most metrics: The reason for the lab highlighting as amber is simply down to monitoring the copper – any upturn would need to be addressed – otherwise very good levels : Cleanliness • ISO improved from 21/19/13 → 19/17/12 • Particle counts reduced by 70 – 80% across all measured sizes Wear Metals
Contamination • Copper decreased from 231 → 176 ppm • Iron, lead, and PQ index all decreased This indicates less active wear and better filtration capture. Oil Health • Viscosity index increased • Water decreased • TAN remains stable Additives • Healthy increases likely due to minor top-up or normal blend variation. Summary: Wear
Additives
The hydraulic system shows meaningful overall improvement driven primarily by enhanced cleanliness achieved through the SDU9788KU85. Wear trends — especially copper — are moving in the right direction. No corrective action is currently required; continued monitoring is appropriate.
