BACKGROUND

Frito-Lay , a division of PepsiCo, operates one of the largest private truck fleets in the United States. Known as an industry leader in innovation and sustainability , the company has long focused on reducing its environmental footprint while lowering operating costs. In 2008, Frito-Lay introduced Kleenoil bypass filtration systems into its over-the-road fleet of 1,600 diesel trucks to tackle rising maintenance costs, reduce downtime, and support sustainability goals.
