1. Cleanliness Improvements (ISO Codes)

• Before Kleenoil: Several machines were too dirty to particle count, others ran at ISO 19 – 20/16 – 17/11 — high contamination levels that accelerate wear. • After Kleenoil: All now measure in the 17 – 18/14 – 15/9 – 11 range.

Improvement: On average, a 2 – 3 class drop in particle contamination compared with pre installation, representing a 70 – 85% reduction in particle counts. Benefit: Lower abrasive wear, smoother hydraulic performance, extended pump/valve life.
